"Advance Exchange" program. Rather than wait the usual 2 to 4 weeks it usually takes to send in your drive and wait for repair, we immediately ship to you a replacement drive or part from our inventory on an "Advance Exchange" basis. With our "Advance Exchange" program, your failed system can be back up and on line with a minimum of delay and down time. |
