Using Our Shopping Cart:

The M. Farris & Associates Shopping Cart is a dynamic shopping cart program 
using Microsoft's Active Server Pages (ASPs) tied into a database (that is what 
allows us to keep track of what you ordered and when). 

We also use non-persistent cookies to track your order ONLY whiWhat this means
is that you can search for a product or products, add it to your shopping cart, go to
non-shopping pages, and the value of your shopping cart will be retained! 
You can use our search engine to search by Product Type or Description.
Once you find what you're looking for, there will be a box for the Quantity you
desire and, next to that, a Add to Cart button. When you have completed your
shopping, click the Checkout button or the checkout hyperlink and we'll start the
process of fulfilling your order - it's that simple shopping with us!

About Your Order:

We will typically ship your order within 24 hours after processing. 
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail (please double check that 
we have your right e-mail address when ordering). 
Additionally, you will receive an Order ID when you're on our secure server; 
please write down this number - it will be used as our reference number for 
your order and will allow us to more quickly answer any questions you may 
have about your order.

We Ship In-Stock Orders Within 24 Hours:

M. Farris & Associates will ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours of receipt of
order. If you select the UPS Overnight option and your order is not shipped by
the next business day, you will receive a full explanation of the delay via fax or
e-mail. Shipping options are:

UPS Ground (2 - 7 working days)     $5.00 per order *
UPS Overnight                               $15.00 additional per order *
   *for orders over $100.00, additional shipping charges apply.

Returns (RMAs) and Warranty Information:

All M. Farris & Associates media products are covered with a full one year 
manufacturer's warranty.  For all returns, please call us between 
09:30 and 17:00 Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday at 
(310) 306-9740 or e-mail us at mark@mfarris.com and request a 
Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). 
Please note that we cannot accept returns without an RMA #. 
All returns must be shipped prepaid. 

Payment Options:

We accept VISA and MasterCard over the Internet via Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL), which is on our Secure Server. If you prefer to mail us your order, we
accept VISA, MasterCard and checks. If you desire to mail or fax us your

Year 2000 (Y2K) Compatibility:

All M. Farris & Associates products are Y2K-compliant as they are not
date-sensitive.

At the bottom of each page are our navigation buttons. If you desire to go to a 
specific section, simply click on one of them. Also on each page are words that 
are underlined in blue - these are called hyperlinks. What this means is that if you 
click on the blue underlined word, you'll be taken to the commensurate page or 
section.

If you can't find the product(s) that you need, let us know via our Request
